Digital Image License & Terms of Use
By purchasing or downloading digital images from Partridge Petals, you agree to the following terms:
- Ownership & Copyright
All digital images are the property of Partridge Petals and are protected by international copyright laws. Purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership. - Permitted Personal Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes:
- Printing images for personal use (e.g., framing, home decor).
- Using images as desktop backgrounds or device screensavers.
- Sharing on personal social media, provided credit is given to “Partridge Petals”.
- Prohibited Uses (What You Cannot Do)
You may not use the images for any commercial, promotional, or profitable purpose. Specifically, you may not:
- Sell, redistribute, or sub-license the files.
- Use the images on products for sale (e.g., mugs, t-shirts, calendars).
- Use the images in advertising, marketing, or on business websites.
- Edit, alter, crop, or modify the image, or remove any watermarks.
- Final Sale & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided after the files are downloaded. - Liability
Partridge Petals is not responsible for any issues resulting from the use of these files, including color variations due to printing differences or technical issues during downloading. - Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the images and destroy all copies in your possession.
